Not too bad but probably wouldnt stay again

Rooms were decent size. Pool area quite spacious. Aircon an wifi worked well.

Rude bar staff...an it was noticed by a lot of guests. They need some manners an training on how to be polite. It costs nothing to smile, look at ppl and say thank you. Beer very overpriced. Food was good.

Very nice hotel

Lovely, clean hotel. We got there late in the evening. had takeaway pizza from the restaurant which was really nice. Great music in the bar while I waited for the pizza, nice beer too.

The room was a little too hot, but it wasn't the worst. Breakfast in the morning was not nice

The room needs modernisation, however all other aspects of this hotel are great!

Spa facilities. Staff. Pool. Outside seating area. Availability of facilities. Pool bar.

Air conditioning was the bare minimum even at full power. Bathroom needed an upgrade - shower temperature was very temperamental and the hair dryer over heated after just a few seconds.

Great place to stay!

The breakfast was very good and there were lots of options available. The pools were very clean, the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location and it was easy to commute. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the Old town, New town and it's sister hotel. There was live music in the bar and a pool table.

I think the room could have been cleaned better.

Pool was lovely and room was nice and spacious (suite) staff were helpful especially the lovely lady that works weekdays, she was a great help.

We didn't know that we had to put down a deposit for a kettle and pay for a safe! okay in the end but unexpected. sofa bed was not very comfy.

Posh hotel past its prime?

Clean. Comfortable. Good food in the restaurant. Busses running to the city center (but we had a car so didn’t use it. Impressive beaches a 15 min drive away. Albufeira marina was also nice - though a bit dead in the low season.

A bit hard to evaluate facilities as the indoor pool didn’t work for the 3 days we were there. Staff a bit impersonal - except the ones in the restaurant.

Great value for the money. Nice building, a lot of things to do. Decent SPA, good breakfast. Convenient location, friendly staff.

I booked for one person, but the hotel assigned to me the room with twin beds put together. It was still comfortable to sleep, but it's just weird.

Lovely quiet hotel out of season

It was close to the bus terminal to explore the area and also had a supermarket close for travel snacks. The breakfast had a good selection and coffee was of a good standard. The other guests were quiet when coming home so want disturbed

My only complaint is the bed was too soft that's a personal preference so can't really blame the hotel.

These are only a few things that I found and could be easily fixed

Location good for me ass you could walk to the old town, where the beach was and for shopping or you could walk to the new town,more for the bars and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable.

Tea and coffee was supplied in the room but to plug the kettle in, you had to place it on the floor or at a very low level. You would have thought that there would have been a socket, by the kettle!. When coffee ran out in the room, you had to go and find the staff for more as the room staff would not replace it, when they cleaned your room, also if you wanted milk with your drinks, you would have to ask the bar staff as no milk is supplied in the room and there is a charge if you need more than a small bit of it!

I liked room size. Free parking. Staff was friendly and nice.

Didn’t like that one children area was closed and second playroom hatd short working hours, only 3,5 hours per day. Sauna and jacuzzi was out of service. No slippers and baby robe for spa area.

Great stay, amazing value for money

We loved our stay here. In off season so maybe lucky the place was so quiet but we couldn't fault it. Breakfast was plentiful with anything from cold meats to cooked breakfast, The entertainment team were friendly, staff behind the bar were friendly. Rooms large with bath and shower. Bed comfortable and big. Pool areas clean and the gym was large with plenty of equipment. I'm confused at all the negative reviews I've read on here and they seem a bit unfair . The shuttle into the old/new town was super modern and always on time. Took 20mins to walk to old town, no issues.

The beer was abit expensive at €5 for a pint when it's €2.50 for the same in the old town. The jacuzzi wasn't working and the indoor pool cold. In winter it would have made the stay better if these were warm and working.
